Very good people I came to Preferred with an old (1999) Expedition with over 100K miles. They gave me an honest evaluation of its problems and a fair estimate for the needed work. I decided not to have the work done, and they disposed on the old car for me. Their attitude was great. They obviously love what they do, and I could tell they are very good at it.

NO FINER AUTO SERVICE I have been using Preferred Auto I think since they opened and have recommended that everyone who is looking for an honest auto shop go to them for all their car's needs. I trust them completely. Their work is reliable, excellent, and fast. Many shops you wonder about the source of parts, the quality of service....not at Preferred.....Gary and his staff are like family.....you will always be treated like a customer wants to be treated.
Don't Miss This One... I have been a regular customer of Preferred Automotive and Gary McKee for over thirty years. They do a thoroughly professional job, are scrupulously honest, and fair to boot. I even go to them for my warranty maintenance. Gary and his knowledgable staff utilize the internet extensively to keep up with the technical state of the art. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Rockville/Silver Spring area.

Wonderful! I was advised to go to Preferred Automotive by a coworker who had used them for years. I went once, and was so pleased that I have now brought all of our cars there for various services. They are fabulous! They care about the work that they do, keep you updated on what needs to be done, and do everything quickly and efficiently and reasonably.
