Recommendation I have used Preferred Auto for about 20 years. They have service both my BMW and Mountaineer, The office atmosphere is nearly like that of a family. I believe I received very good service for a reasonable price over all the years. I would highly recommend their service.
Quality Maintenance For Less Money We have two Honda Accords. These guys beat the periodic maintenance price every time. I highly recommend taking your car there for factory maintenance or if you have a problem. Don't get screwed by the dealership. I've also used them in a price point comparison with Honda in the past. I usually save at least 20%. Go to the dealer and get a quote for any issue, then call Preferred.
So Glad I Heard About Them! When my car broke down on Rockville Pike unexpectedly, I was referred to Preferred Automotive from a co-worker. I was so happy to find them! the best in the business! My parents used them for years so when my husband and I moved to the area it was only natural to bring our cars there too. They are fantastic! They fixed a problem in one try that took my mechanic in NY two years of back and forth to work on. They really know their trade, they are honest, and they give good advice as to when to spend the money to fix something and when to hold off and save. I would never consider bringing my cars anywhere else.
