Excellent - Highly Engaged Staff! I have been going to Preferred Automotive for years, almost as long as they have been in business. The staff is always friendly, and willing to take a call or respond to any inquiry. The prices are fair, and the high quality and accountability you would expect in any professional is their standard practice! I take my Mom's car their....if that tells you something! Finally a honest auto shop Preferred is the best. Not just because they are efficient and friendly but because they are ultra honest. I took my car in and they told me about a warranty that just expired from the dealership. They told me I should first go back to dealership and see if they would honor that warranty even though it was a couple months old. They did and I saved multiple thousands of dollars.
