Treat You Like a Friend I have been going to Preferred Automotive for over 20 years. They are great mechanics. More important, they treat you as a friend, not just a customer. I recently brought my car in thinking I might have a couple problems. They checked them out, found that there was nothing wrong and told me so. Many places would say there is a problem even when there isn't one. Preferred Automotive wants you as a long-term customer.

Great Service and Honest People I've taken my GMC to Preferred Automotive for the past year or so and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. I've worked with Mike, Fred, Greg and Shawn and all are very professional and explain exactly what the problem is with the vehicle. I had a mystery issues with my GMC Yukon which only they figured out after taking my truck to a few other places. We Prefer Preferred Automotive We have been taking our four cars to Preferred Automotive for over ten years. We are always greeted with a friendly hello, easy appointments, (usually right away) and excellent service.
