One of the best care companies I worked for. Management was fantastic. The care given to residents was immaculate. Really miss the team. Highly recommend
PPC was an excellent company. For 4 years my father received very good care from some excellent carers. If we had any concerns, senior staff would address them quickly and professionally. This has all changed. In the last 3 months, PPC has been taken over by Hales Group Ltd, administered by the Leeds office and there could not be more of a contrast in the ethos and service provided.
