Over a month and still no refund on an item that was on their website as available but it was actually back order.
I've shopped for Pandora products here for many years. They have excellent stock and customer service! I buy most of my gifts from here for birthdays. Never had any issues with deliveries. For the people that complain about their shipments during the holiday, just stop waiting till the last minute cause UPS & USPS tend to have delays!
