Horrible customer service. Placed an order with them through Amazon. They never shipped the item, I payed for expidited shipping as well. Do not do business with this company. I opened a claim with Amazon after multiple attempt to contact them through Amazon. The claim was immediately closed because this seller canceled my order so they could save their face on Amazon. They are thieves.
Customer service and product care. We order 2 Pandora rings and received them in ziplock bags no jewelry boxes and they were Christmas presents.
RecommendedIt as just overall great. They usually have charms and/or bracelets I can not find on Pandora.net. Also the shipping is free. Just awesome.

I ordered an essence bead and when I received my order, the wrong bead was sent. This is not the first time I had a problem. I called and was put on hold for at least five minutes, I called back and waited some more time. Finally spoke to the manager who apologized but this did not solve my problem. The correct bead that I ordered was now not in stock. Orders should be checked and initialed before being sent...simple solution, unfortunately not for me.
Shipped fast and accurately every time!! Have been delighted with what I have received.
A friend of mine had purchased some beautiful bracelets for two little girls for christmas. Still havent arrived and that was several months ago!!. Sent two emails to them and still nothing. Do not buy from company!. I do hope that you are happy Precious Accents as we not have two little girls very upset and disppointed as their braclets have not arrived, and probably wont. AND she paid quiet alot of money for them!!
