Ordered a Nominations charm on Dec 1st. It stated it was in stock for 2 day delivery. Then I received an email 24 hours later that it would be delayed 4-6 weeks. I decided to wait with the hope that it would be delivered just in time for Christmas. On Dec 23 I emailed them for an update and still have not gotten a reply. I've been charged so I'm obviously going to now dispute that charge.
Ordered something on the 15th of December had 2-4 business day shipping. It’s the 24th of December and I’m still without my package and customer service will not reach out to me. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!
Ordered something from them. It went to wrong address in New Jersey. My shipping address is Canada! They replied with “ maybe you submitted wrong info”. I attached my snap shot of receipt clearly showing my address. Still no answer from them
Do not order from this company. They are negligent in timely communication and don't take action to show accountability for their mistakes. I don't think I have ever been disappointed in service enough to leave a review until now.
