I apologize for the bad review. I paid extra for expedited shipping (2-4 days) and didn't receive my item until almost a month later. Once I received the item it was in very good condition, but I already had to buy my product somewhere else since I bought this for a special occasion.

Nothing but very positive experiences here... while I see huge lines outside of the Pandora shop I can order here and get the item within a day or two!

I placed an order for a Giving Key necklace. I was happy to receive the package in just two days, but it was the wrong item. I contacted customer service and was sent a return label for the wrong item, along with what I thought was the correct item. No, it was wrong again. Currently waiting for a response from customer service about another return shipping label and a refund. I can understand mixing up the items once, but not twice.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 items and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Received half the order in 2 days. Was not notified that the other item was backordered until I called after 2 days. They refused to refund my delivery costs for the item that I have not received yet. Why would I pay 2 day delivery for an item on backorder? I wouldn't!!

I never received my gift from my daughter! Precious Accents said it was delivered here however it never was. It went in someone's mailbox but not mine! I don't know how they can say for certain that the postal service delivers a package to the correct address. I have had things delivered here that I had to give to a neighbor that were delivered here by mistake. She should have gone to Jared!
