I am so upset. Really wishing I had read the poor reviews on Yelp before ordering from this place. I ordered a charm a week ago. Paid for expedited shipping. Never got an email that my charm shipped so something told me to call. I have been calling and calling. TO NO AVAIL! I was told my order was shipped Friday - it is Monday and the shipping status on USPS doesn't even show that my package has been received by the post office. Faild to ship order in time ! Ordered items 3 days before it was processed to be shipped and still 5 days after order was processed , my package is still not processed to deliver , acording to usps tracking information. I love this company! I had a mix up with another company and Precious Accents has bent over backwards to make sure that I am happy. This is one of the best companies that I've had the pleasure of doing business with and I would not hesitate to tell everyone to order from them!
