Cliff, Hannah and the team made what I was expecting to be an awful experience into something painless and easy. I really appreciated their efforts, work and the patience they had with me (who had no idea what I was doing half the time).
Made moving in easy. Excellent and detailed entry report. Easy to read, understand and add additional observations. Rectified issue with shower head within the first couple of days of moving in.
Recently sold a property through Cliff- Cabot recommend more highly. No nonsense, easy to deal with and exceeded my price expectations. He got things done with minimal fuss and made the process totally stress free. Would recommend him to all my family and friends and would use PRD dapto again in a heartbeat.
