Slecht personeel die geen respect hebben voor de klant. De man met de bril en veel haar die praat maar wat en doet van alles verkeerd achter de kassa en de verhuur balie. Rekende te veel voor producten die ik wou huren en hoorde dat dit vaker bij hem verkeerd gaat.
I visited Praxis City Amsterdam Zeilstraat to return 2 x Jaloezie 120x130, having confirmed beforehand that returns are accepted at any Praxis store. What followed was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had. Two staff members refused the return, giving ridiculous excuses, that accepting it would cost the store more than the product's value and that they had no space for two small PVC blinds. If you want to have your time wasted then go here!!!! The staff are extremely unhelpful and the don't have much knowledge on many things. Would suggest Toolstation rather than here
