Girls were very rude, rushed me and the girl was checking her watch the whole10 mins I was there.
I cannot thank Prado Bridal enough for helping me find my perfect dress. Everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. From answering my many questions to allowing for several appointments to get things right, they helped make my dreams come true! I continue to get so many compliments on the dress and it is still the most beautiful dress I've ever seen!

My best friend and I went shopping for prom dresses. It was horrible. The consultants were rude and unhelpful. They were making fun of customers as soon as they left and telling them the dress looked great on them, then laughing when they bought it. The selection was horrible and they were way more expensive. I went to Davis's bridal on gunbarrel road and it was amazing and the service was unparalleled.
Today I took my daughter Prom dress shopping and received excellent customer service, exactly opposite of what we received last weekend at a local prom dress shop we bought from last year. We have a few alternations to have made to the dress but I think she is going to be beautiful for her Senior Prom... Thank you so much! My youngest daughter and I will most certainly shop Prado's first next year for her Jr. Prom....

There is not a lot to say about this place. We went looking for a wonderful wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. We were not acknowledged when we came in and not on single person spoke to us the entire time. The store wasn't crowded at all so not sure why we were given the cold shoulder. We only seen a handful of wedding dresses that were a size 12 (even those were difficult to find) and needed to see a 16.
