I think your consultants suck. All are very rude. There wasn't a single customer in the store except for me and my daughter and her 2 friends but still got no help. Your so called consultants just sat behind the register talking to each other.
The owner is a fool. The girls who work for him probably deal with way too much, and are always kind. But THIS MAN IS A FOOL. We ordered bridesmaids dresses back when it was still damn near cold outside with a promise that they would arrive by NO later than the first of June. Combined, he collected nearly $800 dollars from our bridal party. Just yesterday he admitted to our bride that the dresses are basically in WORLDWIDE LIMBO. We made a bridesmaid dress appointment, showed up and we weren’t allowed to try on dresses?!?!? Do you really think we would go for one without trying it on. The lady who helped us was SUPER rude. It was almost like she didn’t want to fool with us. The bride came all the way from PENNSYLVANIA!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

We allow you to try on the dresses, but unfortunately we didn't have any in your size to try on. Our sample sizes are typically between 6 and 10 and everyone in your group needed a larger size than that. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We have shopped at many dress shops around Georgia and Tennessee. The customer service we received at Prado was well above any store we have been in. We just made our first purchase there for Prom 2018.. and will be back for Fall dances in 2018 and Spring 2019!
