We went in the week before last. When we walked in we were greeted. We didn’t have an appointment but yet they still took time to find my perfect dress. I was asked about my fiancé, family, and felt like they cared about everything to a personal level and loved it. The owner, his wife, and another girl who was working all 3 took the time to look at me in my dresses. RecommendedThe owners and staff were absolutely marvelous! My daughter felt like the princess she should have! We just happened to drop in with no appointment and they still treated us like family! I felt like we were on the T V. Show say yes to the dress!! They were that nice!!! Unique styles !!! Jewelry etc.... I would recommend to anyone the store has a lot to choose from and they listen and pick the styles you want ! Very up scale!!! Very classy!! Wonderful experience!!!!
Excellent experience! We traveled 2 and 1/2 hours to shop.. Clerk at our hotel gave us a few places to check out. Prado was the third one we went to. Should have been the first! My daughter was looking for a certain look, the ladies helped tremendously! They were amazing! Dress came back from alterations exactly when we were told. Best experience possible!
The gentleman was very rude. My daughter found a dress that she absolutely loved for her Senior Prom. Yes, it was actually a wedding dress, but either way. We ask to try it on, and he said no. They don’t allow wedding dresses to be tried on by the prom girls. OK, but how do we know it fits to make the purchase if we don’t try it on. So, we’ll go where they are accommodating.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! Was treated terrible by the owner to the point I was in tears, no one deserves to be treated this way after spending thousands of dollars here.
Staff was RUDE!!! I spent thousands of dollars here for my wedding and they treated us like they didn’t know who we were every time we showed there for purchases or fittings. Owner said he didn’t care about how we felt Bc he had been in business too long to worry about our “pennies” compared to what he made. Highly not recommended!!
I had an awesome experience finding my perfect dress! The consultants were so helpful and complimentary. I also love the selection of dresses! Thanks!
