I found my wedding dress at Prado and the 2 girls that helped me were awesome! I had great customer service! Megan and Chelsea, thank you both so much for everything and for being so helpful! I am so happy I found such a beautiful, unique dress within my budget for my big day! �

At first I thought this was going to be ideal!! However I was wrong all the hidden fees and lack of communication between the employees is ridiculous.. my dresses where supposed to be ordered may 15th but didn't get ordered til June 5th.. this process has been frustrating as is then having to deal with my bridesmaids dresses completely put it over the top.. so if you are ordering a dress that is over a size 16 please make sure you ask what the hidden fees are.. a dress that I thought was 170 from what was told to me turned o... read more

Ashley, we apologize for the misunderstanding! Upon initial appointment, it was disclosed that any dresses over 6 ft. tall and/or over size 16 require an additional charge for fabric per the designer. This is not our policy. The only other "fees" for each individual dress are standard shipping and state mandated tax. These costs were notated on each individuals paperwork that was available for review at the time of deposit. Absolutely love Prado! I was treated wonderful at all my appointments even after having second thoughts and wanting to change dresses the staff and Mr. Prado were so patient and helpful! Highly recommend Prado to all brides

The selection was not really my style, too bedazzled for me. I like a simpler look, but that wasn't where the issue came into play. I did not appreciate the owner's wife implying that I would be happier with a bridesmaid's dress as opposed to a bridal gown because they are cheaper and better suited for destination weddings. Last I checked, I came there with a budget that fully allowed me to purchase a dress from this boutique, but make no mistake, I will not waste my time here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I was shocked by the awful customer service. I went with my best friends fiancé to see a dress she fell in love with last week. I could not believe the way the associate behaved. She was impatient with questions from a first time bride, sighed multiple times at questions, and dismissed questions all together. Then continued to walk over to the counter to talk about the bride. We went to two bridal shops yesterday and the difference in service was so evident. Do NOT waste your time.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First of all, they only have one of each dress, so if you need a different size, it has to be ordered (which makes it nearly impossible to know if you like a dress or not if it doesn't fit). And the customer service was awful. When we walked in, one of the three staff members asked for the budget, and when we told her, she all but turned up her nose at us. From the moment I walked into my appointment to Thursday when I went to pick up my wedding dress I've had nothing but excellent customer service from everyone I've encountered at the store. They do have a pretty small selection of plus size dresses, but I was able to find 'the one' and had plenty of options to try on.
