Had an amazing experience shopping at Prado! Chet and Vikki- such a wonderful couple!! They are modeling 'their own beautiful love story' while they serve our community together...We are blessed to have them in Chattanooga!! The new store looks awesome , and I will never forget how they helped my daughter get the Maggie Sottero wedding dress that made her feel so special! Thank you again-Prados!!

HORRIBLE don't even go in. Seriously this is the WORST experience I've ever had when trying to spend my money. The guy was very CONDESCENDING. I wish I could rate this place with negative stars. I wish I could say what I really think but I'd rather not use that type of language on Facebook. If you like being treated like DIRT this is the place for you but if you want to be treated like a person go somewhere else. Great experience with the employees. I can see why people would say Mr. Prado is rude because he is more behind the scenes. He wasn't rude to us at all. He was very helpful and gave his honest opinion. Looking forward to using his services again.
I have bought two prom dresses from Prado when I was looking to buy and when my sister's prom came around, it was a no-brainer to buy from Prado. When I was shopping for my dresses, my mom had a connection automatically with the owner and his wife, having experienced breast cancer. When the time came around to buy a dress for my sister, my mom had already passed away. Went to try on a bridesmaid dress for a friends wedding and Olivia encouraged me to just go ahead and try on some wedding gowns. I ended up finding the dress if my dreams! The owner was there and no nice. He shook me hand and seemed very genuine! I would suggest this place to everybody! Ask for Olivia!
