A member of call centre staff from this business failed to process my call properly and then lied about who they worked for to cover it up. When asked, they said “I work for 111”, when challenged back that 111 is just a nunber and that different organisations provide the service she deliberately avoided that and repeated “I work for 111”. Dr Raj Saaj is very patronising and admitted he ignores patient symptoms if tests are negative. No test is 100% reliable, that is obvious, nevertheless he admits I have ongoing condition but he will not provide treatment. I would avoid this GP service and go elsewhere if you want a competent and educated service.

They take money from the NHS to employ staff and then get rid of them at the first chance they get. This company needs to be shut down. I hope watchdog what other authorities simular looking to this company soon as they are a complete rip-off and unethical.
