Had my shoulder sorted yesterday and honestly from moment I walked in to leaving I was very well looked after staff and all the people are very attentive
My daughter has recently had an operation for an ACL and Meniscus repair and I must say that the care that she has received from everyone at Practice Plus in Birmingham has been exceptional. Shocking service! I was awaiting an MRI result that I had in September. Today I chased it up, to be told, sorry the specialist has now left, you will need to wait until we employ a new specialist! Seriously! Not a good experience for myself, nor would I recommend.
My mum recently had a hip replacement carried out by Mr Shahid, and she was looked after so well throughout the entire process. From the pre-patient care to her time in the hospital, every member of staff was extremely friendly, caring, and professional. Mr Shahid and his team made her feel completely at ease, and she always felt supported and in safe hands. A special mention to the fantastic physio team for their encouragement and support.
