Unbelievable treatment and fantastic service. Surgeon, Ford Qureshi brilliant, also anaesthetic Dr. Mouratidis brilliant, at doing their job. Also the rest of the nursing staff and administration staff absolutely marvellous. The hospital itself, spotless. Cannot fault them in anyway. Thank so much. Very much appreciated.

Had a full hip replacement here as an NHS patient. Wonderful pre and post surgery care. Above all, excellent surgery experience and now walking pain free after just 12 weeks!!
When I needed my gallbladder removed, I used NHS patient choice rather than wait months on a list locally. I chose Practice Plus Group Hospital, Birmingham, even though it was further from home, because it has extremely low waiting times and the reviews are great too. The hospital was spotless, professional, and the care was truly life-changing. A shout out to Renee Taylor Sofia D’Souza, Claire Lyon’s and Marie Cleaver for taking such great care of me. From start to finish every member of staff have been nothing short of fantastic. Surgery from Dr Baptist who was brilliant with a calming demeanour that's fills you with confidence. I had Sandra, Claire and Emily look after me during recover,y who were ready to help whenever I needed them. Also a special thank you to Katie in admin who helped me organise the surgery with great communication and perseverance.
