I absolutely love Power House! The team are so supportive and they have really welcomed me as a complete beginner. I would highly recommend them!
Hi, I saw the add for Power House on Facebook and for someone that has never been to a gym before, not very confident and very unfit, it seemed ideal to try. Am so glad I did the whole Power house team have been great.you don’t feel pressured and you are doing the same as everyone in the session so plenty of help and support. No Mirrors and stupid amounts of Testosterone. Making gains at a steady rate with lots of support.
Already I feel better just making the commitment to myself. Everyone there, staff and clients, are just lovely. Welcoming and motivated. Highly recommended and can't wait to see the results on myself soon!!!

What an incredibly friendly and supportive team. I attended one of the Spartan DEKA events at Powerhouse Performance and the team were absolutely amazing. There venue is really easy to find, the equipment / setup is great, but the best thing is that all the coaches are focused on helping you get the most from your time there in a safe, supportive and inclusive way (you could see this on the face of everyone in attendance - who were all smiling).
