Bashment aerial yoga was the best thing i’ve ever done! The atmosphere, music and the instructor was amazing!!! She was so supportive and made everyone feel welcome. It is definitely a safe space. I would definitely come back again. It’s worth every penny ☺️

I’ve been going to pole for over a year, & have been to this studio a couple times, but yesterday I wanted to cry (joyful tears) because I felt so heard. I went to a spinning class and couldn’t get my invert and felt like giving up. The instructor encouraged me to keep going but eventually asked me what my favourite move was and built a combo around it. Definitely the most validated and seen I’ve felt in a long time. Would 100000% recommend any class with Maddison!! What an amazing woman

I've been here a few times and enjoyed myself every time, but last night was my first time trying aerial yoga (at this studio) and I loved it!! It was so fun I could almost ignore my body screaming at me . Renee (I believe that was her name) was such a good instructor, patient and kind. I'll definitely be back!

The studio is aesthetically ok and have good times for booking however, the owner has no regard for people’s timings and pre-made plans as multiple times I’ve booked pole hire and have been told I cannot go for the time I’ve booked or I have to wait for a private lesson to finish. Understanding certain things may be out of her control, but she doesn’t care for how it affects her customers as it’s not a one time occurrence.
