We've been to Power Kia multiple times to get our cars over the years. From a Rio to Rondo to Sorento and Sedona, we've always loved the service and warranty. We bought a brand new 2020 Kia Rio in March and today I went into service at 5k miles for the complimentary free first oil change. your service department needs to learn customers relations. Went in for window repair cause it was stuck down about 2in. i had cover over window. After about a hour I see my car pulled out with window all the way down. UNACCEPTABLE Ash from wildfires are going into my car. A bird tried to fly in I stopped it. FINALLY someone comes to speak to me as my car sits getting ash in it. Then tells ne we dont have parts.Geeeesh. I said taking my car out like that was unacceptable. Get my window up or cover it. easy buying experience no need to travel out of town
I am now the thrilled owner of a 2020 AWD S model. A few months ago, I went car shopping for a Telluride and was floored by the dealerships in my immediate area and their obscene markup. 3000 to 5000 was the norm and all the way up to 10,000 for the top of the line. Will definitely never come back and try to do business here. We went on June 27,2020, had a great experience with the salesman and we were set on a vehicle. They ran my sister’s and in law’s credit and did everything they had to do, but we told them that we did not want to finance and we would pay cash.
