Power Kia's service department is crap...long wait times even with an appointment and they overcharge every time! They do not honor Power discounts that are sent in the mail, and have found ways to charge for things above the original price. What a crappy way to run a business...shady, shady, shady.

I just bought my 3rd Kia from Power Kia and my 9th vehicle from the Power Auto Group (2 Chevy's, 2 GMC's, 3 Kia's and 1 Mazda). So, I am a loyal customer. I applaud Power Kia for the professionalism of their Sales staff and the pricing they provide. They will save you a trip to Portland and beat any advertised price. I am grateful for the outstanding service that Kyler, Michael V and Shane provided from the initial contact till the final sale of this Kia. I will be back for another new vehicle in the future.
