went with my daughter to look at 2006 subaru Tribeca salesman said he was going to get another car for us to look at then never came back. next thing we the "Internet Manager" came out and was a typical used car salesman. Basically could of cared less about us because she said we would have to come back the next day to see the car with her husband. Never going back there. felt like a second class citizen.

Horrible customer service! Not a good experience. Had a recall on my car so I took it in to get it looked at and they couldn't even tell me what the recall was for they said they didn't know. Guy that set up the appointment for me acted as if I was a bother and treated me like he hated his job and didn'twant to discuss my vehicle issues. I will never go back. I'll take my vehicle to Eugene feom now on. 🙄👎✌
