Very kind and helpful
I am very happy with our experience. Everyone we worked with was so nice, especially Michael! As a side note....loved the Star Wars decor in the office where we signed papers....nice guy too.
On Test Drive check engine lights come on. I notify my sales person. I was told that check engine lights on New 2018 Niro was just the gas cap not on correctly. Service reset the CPUa. Fooliahly I bought the car and 30 miles down the road, lights come back on. Was serviced multiple times for a total of 5 weeks. I was sold a LEMON and all they can say is that it is working now, I should be happy with it. #NeveragainPowerKia

My husband and I can't stop talking about the amazing process of buying a new Kia Soul Exclaim online from Power Kia. Best deal we could find in the whole state! On a scale of 1-10, Herman Scales is a "12"! He's courteous, respectful, and professional. He even delivered the vehicle from Salem to Roseburg the next day for us to sign papers and make payment, and to make sure we had a proper introduction to the car. That's about 300 miles round trip!
