I had a great experience buying here!! The sales team was awesome to work with. Received a very fair offer for my trade in. Hit my monthly payment goal and in a couple of hours I was able to drive away in a brand new Kia K5 GT!!

Worst experience ever. Would never recommend. They provide the perfect examples of sleazy used car sales people who are skilled at the bait and switch game. I had completed all required paperwork prior to arrival and was told I just needed to bring my down payment and the car would be ready to go. Once there (after giving them my cash down payment) I was advised that there was “a miscalculation” in the pricing of the car with the finance company and it was actually less but my interest rate had gone up? Watch for bait and switch type tactics. Wouldn’t honor a listed online price after telling me to come in store as the price was “very flexible.” Not the type of people you want to give your money to.

Abe was nice over the phone. Was going to see a car one day when he wasn’t there so he assigned me to Ash. I was delayed, called to notify them. Then I kept getting text &calls to see if I was coming. I told them possibly in the afternoon. I had already called to postpone. When I finally got there, Ash was very indignant and said that I was supposed to be there at 2 o’clock & I was late! I was told the car was perfect. took a test drive of 2026 Kia Sportage. WAs very impressed. Proceeded to office to run the numbers. Asked for a trade in value of my car. Saleslady came back with the figures and told me they could offer $10,000 for my car. I almost laughed in her face. I received an offer from Caranna for $15,800. She became aggressive and asked if they offered $13,000 would I sign the papers and buy the car. I don't respect people who try to pressure you. I got up and exited the facility.
