After 10 years and four children at this practice, I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated this morning. I called ahead to let the office know I would be slightly late due to an unexpected flat tire and was told to come in. Despite explaining the emergency upon arrival, we were refused and offered a much later time that was not feasible due to my work meetings. I understand late policies exist. My son goes there since he was born. All doctors and staff are very nice and professional. Doctors always listening to my concerns. They are all amazing but the two doctors that I see more is Dr Scheibel and Dr Fishelberg ( he was the first doctor to check my son at the hospital). I live in VA today but I still bring my son there because I trust them
My son has been a patient with Dr. Fishelberg since his days working in Virginia and we followed him to Maryland when he switched practices. I've always had a great experience with this practice and so appreciate how they continue to evolve and make things more convenient and accessible to patients and caregivers. Over two weeks ago I had requested documentation from our VA-based Endocrinologist for my son.
