Edit: The team at the office apologized and got the item sent out, I appreciate that. Literally the worst courier company. Never on time, doesn't honour redelivery times they they ask you to set even though they didn't drop off the package because they were running late. They cost you money and time, do yourself a favour and use another company.

The most incapable courier service in Auckland. Utter laziness. Driver did not even bother to knock and just left while I'm buys opening the door. Service agent Ruria Eria was just as unhelpful and had cost their client a pretty expensive sale which i then returned. Enjoy your looming bankruptcy with this lack of service.
