I just can't understand how they make it so difficult. Why your package lives in the rural delivery van for 2-3 days when you are 21min for the depot.....
After phoning Post Haste several times, we were told that you can not directly contact them by phone and all calls go straight to Auckland.. The only option we had was to have them send an email to the Whangarei branch to call us back. Their tracking site was absolutely useless and our package was not available to track whatsoever during its entire journey. The service at Post Haste does not reflect its name unfortunately. Not surprising to see the number of negative reviews here. CLEARLY THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY DONT CARE ENOUGH TO FIX THIS. This is the second time I am using the service and the results are the same.. "Post Neglect" is what you get. The person answering the phone does not have any concern whatsoever to your query and puts your phone call on hold randomly..and you get no response.
