The rooms are okay for the price, extremely spacious and clean just looking a little dated. The staff are extremely helpful, we spoke to Natalie and Bob when we stayed and both were an absolute pleasure to get to know! We will be choosing posh pads for our next trip to Liverpool
This was our second visit to this very centrally located apartment hotel. Friendly service, big well kept rooms. My only beef is that its single glazed so you hear a lot through the night. Why does everyone want to sing at the top ofctheir voice at five o'clock in the early morning!

Location is awesome (although a little noisy in the morning) Rooms are a little dated but perfect for a family. Everything was clean and the rooms had pretty much everything you’d need. The staff were amazing! Every interaction we had with them was brilliant. They were all so friendly and accommodating. For that alone I’d highly recommend.
