This was my first time getting acrylic nails, I won't be returning to the nail salon again. The staff weren't friendly, and I felt like they didn't really understand what I was saying. I had two people doing my nails. The first one just glued the tips on, but when he decided one wasn't on properly, he tried to pull it off (the glue was already set), and I thought one of my nails would be ripped off! Went for my nails doing here and my lashes with zena, very quick service and extremely polite staff. Regular customer and will continue coming back.

Absolutely loved my nails - perfect shape, smooth polish, and great attention to detail. The salon was clean and relaxing, and the technician was lovely. My nails have lasted so well. Highly recommend!

My daughter had her nails done here last week and we would NOT recommend anyone to go here!!! Firstly they said it would take 45mins but it took almost 2 hours. They were ok when done and she was fairly happy, although not to the standard she usually gets from other salons. 3 days later whilst on holiday 2 of her nails came off taking the whole of her natural nail with it, as you can imagine this is devastating for her as they will take a long time to grow back. I had a very bad experience, while filing my nails the guy caught my skin twice. I also got my lashes done and they fell off on day 6. Very disappointing the staff didn’t know any English .
