since they got new system people had to wait for hours I know a guy who stroke out he was told it would be a three hour wait. plus I hurt my arm and had to wait in pain no pain meds well I'm going to Blackfoot for now on.

I am a veteran and the v.a. payed my bill for treatment I received. Portneuf billed me for a test that the doctor ordered. I called the v.a. and asked why and they said Portneuf billed them wrong. The v.a. told me to call Portneuf and tell them that the bill needs to be sent in with the original bill that created that bill and it would be payed. I called portneuf and told them what the v.a. said. month later I get another dam bill for the same thing and called them and told them to get there heads out of there buts and bill ... read more

The nurses are great, but not anyone knows about Hydrocephalus. I was in and out in 6 hours with no diagnosis. They got me back quick, but i waited for the doctor forever and then even longer for the results. The time before when i went there, i was laughed at and the Nero surgeon if that is what you call the animal who red my head CT, was horrible to me. He treated me like i was stupid for wasting his time.

Super impressed with everyone that we dealt with. Everyone was super polite and friendly. We dealt with ER staff, ICU staff, medical floor, physical therapy, occupational therapy, billing, same day surgery, housekeeping, IV therapy, physicians and many others I am sure. Everyone was super polite and helpful...even the volunteers in the halls. Every person was always asking what they could do to help and were always sincere. I had never really dealt with this hospital before but I was super impressed with every department.

PMC is horrible with accomidating people and making payment arrangements. DO NOT GO THERE! They will send you to collections, even though you are making your monthly payment. My family or myself will not go here for any kind of services again...do yourself a favor and drive to Bingham!

Would rather die trying to get to Bingham memorial than go to Portneuf terrible service, terrible billing department, rude employees. Save yourself the hassle..do NOT go here

If i could do a zero that would be nice. My son was just talking about my grandpa. This Hospital sucks and i hate it. Well at least the er....I would rather die than come back to the er here. Ive always been treated bad here. I will never come back...Ive had my own issues with the er.....
