My husband had surgery at Portneuf Medical Center and we were extremely pleased with the outcome and the care that he received. Everyone he came in contact with from admissions to pre-surgery post-anesthesia care unit and step-down unit we're completely professional, compassionate, and caring. What a world class place.

After i had my knee surgery they rushed me outta the hosptail. Not cool. This hosptail isnt great but my surgen was. I dont like being rushed after i had knee surgery. I wasnt even awake after barelt came too after knee surgery. And they forgot my mahcine of ice thingy. And then i got one a week later. :(
Horrible. People are better off driving to Blackfoot hospital. You end up getting helped sooner when u drive to Bingham Memorial Hospital. Portneuf is so slow. Even when it is an emergency they take their time asking the patient for ID before they help them. Patient passed out and they still ask him for ID before even offering a wheel chair. Dont come here alone if you need help, your family will have to hold you up while your passing out.
They treated my wife horrible she was there almost 6 hours in the er ! They were rude and made her feel like nothing was wrong with her! She has a cyst in her left ovary they throw her bloody iv down and didnt clean It until another nurse came in. We will never go back there ever!!!�
What a fantastic medical experience. The staff were wonderful and caring. The facility is top notch. The organization runs like a clock. The menu is like ordering a meal on a cruise ship. There was a delightful selection of food and it was well-prepared and seasoned nicely.
