The Er is really slow my great grandpa had his leg amputated on July 10 and he fell today and ripped it open again and he has been in there since at least 3 this afternoon and they left all the bloody towels on his bed and did not take care of them. If I need to go to the hospital for anything I will go to Blackfoot because this Er is stupid and they suck and they don’t even know what they are doing
I hate it now, because doctors won’t accept regence blue cross, it’s what everyone in my family is on. Now if we have an emergency we have to try to make it to Bingham memorial. So with your doctors denying to accept blue cross, it will make everyone in Pocatello go to Blackfoot for treatment.
Went into ER witb my husband who was suffering with a rectal bleed. Dr. Holt did an exam on my husband. Insisting he had at red food. After my husband showed them the blood coming out he gave my husband a heartburn med! Really heart burn med??? What a heartburn med do to help a person for rectal bleeding? Needless to say next day we were at Blackfoots ER
Like most people, I'd prefer to not have to go to the hospital. But, I had a kidney stone attack with pain level 10 at 4AM. Your fine staff combined with their incredible knowledge, efficiency and compassion puts Portneuf in the big leagues as far as I'm concerned. For me, Scripps Green on the campus of UCSD is the poster child of incredible hospitals. I put Portneuf Medical Center in the same league. As a fellow employee of PMC I just want to thank everyone from Lab, CNA’s, respiratory, nurses, physicians, food services, house keeping and everyone else who had a hand in the care of my relative who was recently there. It’s an honor to work with you all and thanks again for your amazing work ethics. Seeing how the other shoe fits has definitely been an eye opener in how I’ll provide better care as well.
