This hospital is privately owned (hasn’t always been). They are so low on the scale for how they treat their patients. Funny how everyone I know from my hometown would rather drive to another town than deal this place. Horrible all around. May have some great employees, but that’s only because they are decent human beings. But the rest of it is S#¡+!!!!!!

RecommendedDr Yost ENT, Jordan Chapman, and his whole team of nurses and staff are always so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Dr yost truly listens and investigates thoroughly all of my concerns. Not just a doctor who brushes you and your mother’s intuition away when somethings wrong. They have all been so good to my boy and all his many ear troubles. Truly the best!
the medical team of the portnuef medical center is amazing awesome
They release patients before they should. They don't look into reasons of why things keep happening before they release patients to go home. They cover up things with a bandaid and send people home. Also, they DON'T have changing tables in their women's restrooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. The floors are usually disgusting dirty and so are the bathrooms. I would recommend you go to any other hospital but PMC.
Everyone I had contact with, from the emergency room to admitting and the stay, were very kind and professional. Great staff!
Wait time for services. Taking of vital signs in ER lobby, lack of patient privacy. Nothing but coffee, coffee, coffee for everyone!!! As much as this hospital charges. Rooms dirty, same as last time!
just got a bill from a procedure that occurred almost 2 years ago.... and i had secondary insurance that wasn't billed and i probably won't be able to get it covered because it's been so long. your billing sucks.
