It’s absolutely disgusting that Stephen “Chip” Palmer is able to continue his job caring for people. He brutally assaulted a woman causing broken bones and is charged with Strangulation and Domestic Assault. The people who go to Portneuf deserved to be in the hands of loving caring individuals, not this scum bag. He uses his position to not only manipulate women but members of the community, some of which have been or will be patients.
RecommendedThe labor and delivery staff was fantastic and took great care of us while having our newest edition during this crazy pandemic. They were amazing at caring for our little one and us. Our nurse, Mercedes was fantastic and we wish we could thank her for everything! She kept everything light and happy! 10/10 best labor and delivery nurse I've had!
I have had all 3 of my babies at Portneuf and the nurses in labor and delivery are beyond amazing! Most recently my son was born 4/16 via c section. I can't thank them enough for the care they provided me and my babies! They are just amazing people! Thank you portneuf for making my experiences so wonderful. ❤️ I had Janet and Nanci specifically but everyone I was in contact with were so great!
The WORST customer service/patient care! Horrible attitudes, please get your staff some training or hire staff with people skills please.
My sister is in your hospital as we speak. She has pretty severe respiratory distress and the doctors suspect lymphoma. They are doing tests. The problem is, Sheri, (your patient) has a mental disability and has the mental capacity of about a 7 year old. Your administration took security to her room and physically removed her husband. She is now scared and alone and she does not have the coping abilities of an adult. We are furious with your administration and your unwillingness to care for those with special needs.
Portneuf Gastronomy is very rude, their front desk will put words in your mouth. they are not professional at all. schedule somewhere else. this is put nicely, unlike the Gastronomy staff would be.
Labor and delivery was the BEST! Nothing negative to say about that floor. The nurses I had were so wonderful! (Bonnie And Shaylee) I really appreciated them!
I have been a long time patient in IV therapy at the hospital, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I bring my children to the ER for emergencies, and always been treated very well.
