The website is awful. For a major corporation who wants to get paid, the website for paying bills is almost unusable. This has been an issue for a few years. My account also still shows an active bill that I have now paid three times. Spend the money to fix that issue and then work on the provider customer service. There’s a reason Pocatello residents are eager to flee to Bingham. Billing issues is a big part of it.
Recommendedthe ER staff was professional and helpful (Jennie, Tucker, Kealee, Juanita, Lisa and Drs Marshall and Anderson) They made me feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. They were so pleasant and Patient with me. Thank You
this place is a joke!!!! its so sad tonight i took a family memeber whos been very sick an told the IGNORANT girls at desk who mind you sat there and talked bad on everyone and then were laughing at people very poor on your hospital i watched one of ur male nurses come out gose to take a lady in wheelchair who told them she cant breath good shes on oxygen so as he gose to take her he stops at doors CAUSE those2 disrespectful Sorry excuse of a staff called him over then he takes lady back out dont say anything to her amd just... read more

Absolutely without a doubt, the worst medical center I’ve ever encountered.
Worst ER ever. Go in for severe pain and bleeding and got told I wasn't dying after one test and sent home.
I like the staff. CNA's, nurses. Their pretty nice. They make sure your comfortable and ask if you need anything? I like Portneuf.
Their billing is a challenge. If you pre-pay for services save your receipt, they seem to get it wrong every time.
