Short walk across the park from Higher Buxton, friendly staff, rooms in process of modernisation so a bit mixed in appearance, shower room good, windows not as can hear outside traffic, nevertheless room comfortable, breakfast good slightly on the small side but adequate as out for lunch early afternoon. Vfm about right as included breakfast.
