Very nice place ,polite staff and very good views overlooking carillon bay ,good place to visit
Needs updating. Overpriced. Standard room was ok, NOT a nice view over rooftops. Reserved a table for dinner at 7.30 pm, but only 2 others couples in the dining room. Waited over an hour for our food, fish & chips, burger & chips. When it did come, very disappointing (ordered small fish, it was not much bigger than a fish finger!). Sliding bathroom door was very noisy.
We booked 2 rooms for 5 days , unfortunately we can t come because my son was at hospital . We ask them if they can refund us because golf the situation and the amount of money we advanced..... no answer and no solutions. Shame on you .
This hotel is very tired, in need of an upgrade. Got lost on way to room, member of staff made me feel stupid and very unhelpful. Bar shut at 10pm on a Saturday night. Breakfast was not brilliant, very dry. The bed was so hard, hardly slept and duvet barely covered the bed. Would definitely not stay again
