Very poor experience with Portfolio Apartments. Booked months ago for central Welwyn Garden City location. 4 days before arrival I was told that the apartment I booked wasn't available but I would be upgraded to a different apartment. Apartment we got was a major downgrade. The location was far worse and there was no dishwasher compared to the original. In addition the tumble dryer shorted apartment switchboard and couldn't be used. We were told it couldn't be repaired in the 4 days we were there so just had to lump it. Fina... read more
Had stayed here in 2017 n had the best experience as they were newly built apartments. But they are not well kept since. Cracked paints, unclean utensils, some kitchen appliances are rusted.
