The service provided is highly unsatisfactory. After receiving payment and completing the service, their representatives stop responding to calls. We had to follow up numerous times just to get the refund process started.
Purely because there service is not fast.... To many questions asked and they take there own time to come solve a issue..... They expect us to take there faulty products and make use of it... They need to understand that it's a matter of life and death for a patient if he doesn't get the proper oxygen supply. Very bad service period!!! But they call on time for renewal of rent and payment collection.. We had a great experience with Dr.Abhishek from Portea for my mother's physiotherapy after her double knee surgery. He is very patient and his expert guidance helped her recover her strength and mobility quite well. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for post-surgery home care!
Very bad experience. I was told orthopedic doctor will visit. Call centre person said she will get back to me. Am still waiting for her call. No one is picking call. Disappointed
