Service centrr review First time at this service center. I recently purchased my 2012 Panamera from out of the Fresno area and had been looking to service it in this area. I tried Fresno Porsche and couldnt be happier. Service Aviser Shane Atkins greated me, discussed my needs and took care of the rest. I diffently will recommend this dealership if asked.
Always treated professionally. I mainly deal with service but sides of the dealership always treat me well. Both representatives, Shane and Sean, see that I am well taken car of.
Awesome Service Took my Cayenne in for a routine oil change. Shane was awesome prompt service explained everything that was done and needed to make sure my car was safe on the road.
Excellent Service and Customer Experience Had my Boxster S in for a "Track Day" tech inspection. Service was prompt and quicker than expected. Shane is efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Velvet Glove Treatment My experience with the dealership was all positive from the time I arrived. I was quickly checked in, given a new Macan loaner, and back out the door within 10-15 minutes. I received a text message with my service contact and a call when service was completed. The cashier was open until 8pm so I was able to pick up my car after work. They even gave me a discount for being a Porsche Club member. I highly recommend Porsche Fresno for your service needs.
Prompt service and great staff Took my car in for maintenance - the team was welcoming and had me in and out with a loaner in about 20 minutes. Loaner was great and allowed me to get through the day. Car was returned washed and ready and also addressed a few other service items. The team uses text messages for alerts and is very responsive to questions.
