Slow service. My 2017 911 c2 had antifreeze leak at 4000 miles and I took it to Fresno porsche and was told that it was the infamous o ring leak and was replaced and fixed. I noticed the antifreeze level was lowered slowly and some dry antifreeze seen at the chassis at 8000 miles. Now it was the water pump and then the seized drain tube which took 5 days to get parts and fixed.
Porsche purchase My purchase from CJ and Sean was as good as it gets. Everything from order submission to car delivery was executed with perfection, efficiency and an amazing attitude. They really break the stigma associated with purchasing a car and they should be emulated.
3rd purchase here We have dealt with them for 3 transactions now and each time gets better and better. Service dept is also excellent. Highly recommend. This last transaction was done mostly online via email etc and the time in the sales room was taken to a minimum. Sean made our experience quick and we appreciate his honesty and thorough knowledge of what we needed to do!
Superior service We have a cayenne and a macan and we live in Visalia. When we have to drive to Fresno, We have always found the Porsche service team to be excellent in making our visits as efficient and pleasant as possible.
Great attention to detail My car had a very odd but intermittent problem after a breakdown. They took a lot of time to figure out the exact issues and got it fixed 100%.

Great purchase experience with pleasant surprises I had specific criteria for the Audi I wanted to buy - model, trim, year, mileage, etc. This dealership had one that met most of my requirements.
