Nick Edwards was great. The process was pretty seamless due to trade-in + cash purchase. I won't ding you for the fact that the car was not detailed including dirty rims, etc. After I fully cleaned the car & the rims when I got home, it revealed some dirt that I can not seem to remove. Can you help me there? Nick did give us a complementary full detail and wax at our convenience. Maybe someone can help me with the unremovable rim grime? Thanks, Ron and Dorothy
