Pleasant, but not Successful Took my Cayenne in for repair. Had to order part. Waited 2 weeks. Took it back in. Wrong part ordered. Close to 2 more weeks and still waiting for correct part.
Sean rocks Sean LeBonte was fantastic. Found the car I wanted and he worked with me for a few weeks and was patient with me considering I was far away across the country. We almost exclusively corresponded via text and email and got it done. No pressure. No attitude. Very professional.
Service Recall - Excellent Customer Service Excellent service. Recall updated completed in a timely manner. Personnel was very helpful and informative. Loaner car was made available for me to utilize and the loaner car was immaculate. Porsche Fresno is a no stress zone in the service department. This dealership is a definite 5-star rating. Matthew was great — again! My car has had several warning lights over the past few months, and Matthew has been a pleasure to work with. Gets me in in a timely manner and is quick to answer any questions. Communication is great, which is hard to find.
