Purchase of our Audi This was one of the best vehicle transactions we have had in a long time. We happened to stop by the dealership and from the first meeting with Sean on the BMW side we felt like we were being well taken care of. We then were taken to meet with Francisco on the Audi side. Worst customer service ever! Service advisor told me “germans made confusing cars!” Advisor did not update me on repairs and had my car for 2 days for a scheduled maintenance which should have take 2 hours
A+++ car buying experience! Worked with Sean Cawthon whp was excellent. Zero pressure or awkward stereotypical car salesman comments. Service advisor was excellent!! Came in for regular service , advisor addressed other issues I was unaware of and had the car repaired and back to my daughter quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with service .
