I have been a customer of Champion Porsche and Bruno has been my rep for the last decade. They are the most superior customer orientated dealership I’ve experienced especially the service department. I highly recommend them and their selection is unlike any other Porsche dealers. These guys treat me like family and always been upfront and honest.
Bruno was amazing as usual. The only thing that could have been better on the dealers part was not letting me know that I would not be leaving with the cash equity that was due to me. The dealers policy says to wait for the title before writing the check to the client. I would have preferred to know about this policy before signing all the documents. Matt was extremely helpful throughout the process. He provided us with excellent personalized service, answered our questions promptly, and took great care in explaining all aspects of the car and the leasing process.
Upon returning the car I was charged $250. 00 cleaning fee. The car was returned with normal use. I had 2 pieces of crackers in the seats from my kids. They never said anything while I was there. They waited until I left to bill me. I doubt I will ever be back.
Service department, especially Danny Dimitrakis and Indira Moreno, were very attentive to my vehicle's minor repair. They received the needed parts quickly, informed and scheduled me promptly, and resolved the issue ahead of schedule. If anything, they "under-promised and over-delivered".

Bradley James is always very friendly and professional. He explains what has to be done, keeps me informed of the progress, and reviews the work done when it is completed. The lounge is very nice. Toni, one of the ladies sitting at the desk by the front door was great. If your prices weren't so high, I would be thrilled, but I guess you get what you pay for!
