I have purchased two cars from this dealership and will not do it again. One was a certified preowned and a lovely experience. The second was a factory build experience. The Porsche Brand speaks for its self but the lack of customer service, the lack of communication, and the lack of setting the correct expectations has compelled me to take my future business elsewhere; and there will be future business because... it’s Porsche.

We were very happy with our salesperson Roberto. We were there for ten minutes and no one came out to help us and it was so hot that day. Roberto was with another customer on a test drive and when he got out of his car, asked us if we needed help. When he finished with his customer asked us if we needed any info or help us in anyway. Throughout the whole process, Roberto was very professional, very courteous and there was no pressure from him to purchase a vehicle which we loved. Excellent customer service!
Nice building, lots inventory. Sales guys I dealt with were nice. Restrooms were clean. The major reason I came here was for a pretty good deal. My main issue was that it took 5 hours to complete the paperwork, even though I had a pre approved loan. Also, due to covid there was no coffee (understandable), but no water?
Sean C was Awesome! No pressure, no haggle, up front with all information, very well versed in Audi info. I'll definitely be back and look for this guy on a second purchase down the road.
Owning an older 911, I've depended on Porsche Fresno for both service and parts, regularly. That said, a big shout out to Tim, Gary and Shane for all their help and attention to detail! Building and owning cutsom motorcyclels, never would I have thought of taking them to shows towed behind a Porsche... that was until I found the perfect option with a new (CPO) Porsche Macan GTS!
