Fantastic service experience Porsche FRESNO recently serviced my 2017 911. Matthew and the whole team were great. They explained what was needed and kept me fully informed and updated as we waited for parts. Loaner car was provided which made the wait much more bearable. Excellent Service and great experience I worked with Sean LaBonte on a 2019 Q8. He made things very easy, especially negotiating the final deal. There was no BS, it was straight forward and Sean worked to give me a fair deal upfront, without having to go into lengthy negotiations. I live in LA and we closed the deal remotely, and the car was shipped right to me, great experience and if I ever want another audi, Porsche or a McLaren, I am going back to these folks!
Good service, friendl staff. Parts for a 55 year old classic 356 weren't in their parts bin. But Mathew was very cooperative in allowing me to help source the hard to find parts.
Excellent overall experience I had been looking for a low mileage 911S for a few months and found the perfect vehicle at Porsche Fresno. Having said that, I live 2,800 miles away in Virginia. Exceptional experience and communication This was a long time planning and the team at Fresno Porsche made the entire process worry free. Sean was always quick to respond and offer assistance when ordering the various options available on the new 911. The best part was having my son with me to pick up the car at the factory and finish our trip lapping the Ring together.
