I had recently taken my car for inspection here at Porsche dealership at Sutton Coldfield. I was very well looked after by Mr. Kos Miah. He went out of the way to help me and made us very comfortable. He also was very prompt and good at communicating things with me. He was very kind and professional. I wish him best wishes. Reached out to book a slot for a vehicle recall for Taycan. The lady from service team was least helpful. Offered a slot with a wait time of 2 weeks and didn't offer any courtesy car either despite the wait time. Requested her to relook into offering a slot for an earlier week and she didn't help again. If you can't offer a quicker turnaround to fix a vehicle recall, at least offer them a replacement vehicle as a courtesy.
I just wanted to share the fantastic experience of dealing with Porsche Sutton Coldfield. From the first phone contact with Rav and then Steve the sales team are amazing. Always quick with replies and details if required. The centre is immaculate and the lady on reception (who i shamefully have forgotten her name) makes sure you have the warmest of welcomes and really makes you feel at ease straight away.
